DiFran Dough Co. started with a 19-year-old, a sourdough starter named Penelope, and a love for making really good food from scratch. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a small weekend bakery serving fresh sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, and more. Every order is still made by hand, in small batches, with the same care that started it all.

Delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! The sourdough has the perfect crispy crust and soft, chewy center. You can really taste the quality and care in every loaf. Highly recommend!

If you haven’t tried this sourdough yet, you’re seriously missing out! Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely amazing. The bagels are soft and delicious, the cookies are dangerously good, and the bread is hands down my favorite. You can tell there’s a lot of time, care, and love put into everything she makes.
I’ve gotten to know the person behind the business, and she’s just as awesome as the treats she makes. If you are looking for  an excuse to eat way too many carbs, place your order.Â

DiFran Dough Co is A-FREAKING-MAZING!!! Tavia is so professional and knows what’s she’s doing! Everything that I’ve bought from her has been delicious! My favorite things to order from her are the bagels, chocolate chips cookies and holy Hannah, the orange rolls! They’re like little orange clouds of heaven! You honestly can’t go wrong with DiFran Dough Co.!
